We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team, focusing on lead generation, business development, and cold calling within the window industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminium and steel window systems, combined with a tenacious, self-motivated, and \”go-getter\” attitude. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential clients in the construction, architectural, and building material sectors.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including contractors, architects, and developers.
- Present and promote aluminium and steel window systems to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the window or construction materials industry is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of aluminium and steel window systems.
- Strong lead generation and cold calling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
