We offer a supportive, family-friendly culture with some flexibility around hybrid working.

This is a full-time Paraplanner role based in Leicester (with hybrid flexibility), offered with a competitive salary of £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience. Although the role is listed as Hybrid on LinkedIn, it is primarily an office-based position, with flexibility for occasional home working when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Financial Advisers to deliver high-quality technical and client support.
  • Conduct research and analysis.
  • Prepare compliant suitability reports.
  • Analyze financial data.
  • Help develop personalised financial plans.
  • Stay up to date with legislation, market trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure clients receive outstanding advice.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and investments.
  • Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards); progress toward Chartered status is an advantage.
