Key Responsibilities:
Supervise cleaning operations across various site areas
Ensure high standards of cleanliness in:
Offices
Toilets
Canteen
Welfare areas
Meeting rooms
Drive a small van to smaller welfare units to carry out cleaning duties
Coordinate cleaning schedules and staff duties
Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and equipment
Undertake daily briefings and complete required eLearning modules
Report any maintenance or hygiene issues promptly
Requirements:
Must have a valid driving licence and be able to drive a small van
Must be able to undertake eLearning and participate in daily briefings
Must live within a 20-mile radius of NR9 due to client requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Good communication and time management
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00
(Includes half-hour unpaid lunch)
Flexibility may be required depending on site needs.
Contract Duration:
September 2025 to February 2027
(Please note: the project may overrun beyond this period)
Pay: Β£13.00 per hour, paid monthly
