This is a hybrid role with some time each week at our head office in central Lancashire. You will work with 3-5 key clients to develop and run their online campaigns and will be part of a tight-knit team of 12 digital experts. In some cases, you will collaborate with colleagues on projects or campaigns. As a senior member of the digital marketing campaigns, you will also facilitate workshops with clients, advise on website performance, get involved in some new contract pitches, and retainer growth in general. You will help clients or prospects build their digital strategies before hands-on work to get campaigns running and working.
About the clients: They are typically in B2B sectors, such as service (e.g. financial services, property, legal) or manufacturing businesses. Generally, they have a marketing contact or team in-house who we work closely with. They hire Bespoke for better results and outcomes from their digital marketing and website. You will get to know them personally. We work closely with clients and build great long-term relationships with them. Clients generally stay with us for many years. Some have been with us for 10, 15 or 20 years.

Our main offices are at the new £8.4m Strawberry Fields Digital Hub in Chorley. Yes, we have a couple of days a week in the office together, the rest is flexible. Flexible around some core hours, we’re much more interested in outcomes than hours.
