Bespoke Clinical Care Ltd is a well-established Specialist Care at Home company, dedicated to providing high-quality care for adults and children with complex needs in their own homes. We are currently looking for a Nurse Team Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated individual to be part of a growing and progressive organisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high standards of care.
- Manage care packages under the direction of the Clinical Operations Manager.
- Work on shift as part of the team to support and improve care delivery.
- Provide expert nursing care, particularly in ventilation and tracheostomy management.
Requirements
- NMC registration with a valid PIN.
- Strong clinical skills, with experience in ventilation and tracheostomy care.
- Experience in community and/or complex care nursing.
- A car and valid driving licence (essential).
- Experience working with adults with additional support needs (advantageous).
Salary & Hours
- Equivalent to Band 5 (dependent on experience).
- 37.5 hours per week (contracted).
