About Us

We are a fast-growing, tech-enabled commercial cleaning company delivering industry-leading service across London’s most prestigious offices, buildings, and workspaces. Combining operational excellence with innovation, we help businesses upgrade their workplace experience while reducing friction, risk, and cost.

The Opportunity

This is not a standard sales role. You will be responsible for identifying and unlocking new commercial opportunities with office managers, facilities leaders, landlords, managing agents, and business decision-makers across London. You will act as the first point of contact between prospective clients and our business—opening doors, generating interest, building relationships, and creating qualified opportunities for our senior leadership team to convert. If you are commercially sharp, confident, resilient, and motivated by earning potential, this role offers exceptional upside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
  • Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers across target sectors
  • Identify opportunities where clients are dissatisfied or approaching contract renewal
  • Secure meetings, site surveys, and tender opportunities for senior leadership
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity
  • Develop market intelligence on buildings, occupiers, and local opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
  • Resilient, self‑motivated, and target‑driven mindset
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities
  • Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection
  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, estate agency, or business development is advantageous but not essential

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission
  • Clear progression into senior business development or brokerage roles
  • Direct mentorship from company leadership
  • Exposure to premium clients and landmark London buildings
  • Modern, high‑performance, and ambitious working culture

Ideal Backgrounds

Candidates may come from recruitment, estate agency, telesales, brokerage, hospitality sales, or be ambitious graduates with strong commercial instincts.

How Success Is Measured

Performance will be measured through meetings booked, qualified opportunities generated, pipeline growth, and contribution to revenue.

Summary: This role is ideal for someone seeking more than a typical sales position. If you can open doors, create momentum, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, there is significant earning and career progression potential.
