BCS Connect are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis, working across various civils projects throughout the Midlands region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Highways Maintenance, Drainage and Structures, who is confident managing people and adapting quickly to different environments and projects. The Role: * Supervising works across multiple sites in the Midlands area. * Involvement in a range of small-to-medium scale civils projects, often short in duration. * Leading teams on-site, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification. * Liaising with project managers and other stakeholders to keep projects on track. * Being proactive, hands-on, and willing to “get stuck in” when required. Candidate Requirements: * Strong civils background (Highways Maintenance, Drainage, Structures). * Previous experience supervising and managing site teams. * SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential). * Valid CSCS Card (essential). * Full UK Driving Licence (essential). * Streetworks accreditation (advantageous but not essential). * Flexible and adaptable approach – comfortable working on varied projects across different environments. * Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
