BCS Connect are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client on a long-term modular build project in Worthing, West Sussex.
Our client delivers groundworks packages for modular builds β including pad foundations, drainage, and landscaping β and is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to take ownership of site delivery, safety, and coordination.
What You\\\βll Be Doing
- Supervising and coordinating Groundworks Teams
- Monitoring groundworks activities β site prep, excavation, reinstatement
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times
- Managing site documentation and progress reports
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedule
- Overseeing pad foundations, drainage, and landscaping works
What We\\\βre Looking For
- SMSTS or CSCS Black Card
- First Aid Certification
- Proven Civils / Groundworks Management experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate site teams
- Excellent communication and organisational ability
