Your role as a GRP Laminator:
As a GRP Laminator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality fibreglass components using hand lay-up and gel coat techniques. Your daily tasks will include:
- Preparing moulds and applying release agents
- Hand laminating fibreglass materials with precision
- Mixing and applying gel coats to moulded surfaces
- Trimming, finishing, and assembling components
- Ensuring quality control and maintaining a tidy work environment
- Working to strict safety and production standards
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a GRP Laminator or within fibreglass manufacturing
- Knowledge of hand lay-up and gel coat applications
