About the Role
In this high-impact leadership position, you will spearhead the delivery of complex architectural and interior design projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, hospitality, high-rise, sports, and interior fit-out. You’ll lead a team of talented architects and designers while ensuring technical quality, innovation, and regulatory compliance across the practice.
As a senior leader, you'll play a critical role in shaping delivery processes, mentoring teams, engaging with Tier One contractors and clients, and driving research and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion technical delivery excellence across all projects and studios.

- ARB-registered architect with Part III qualification.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of technical competence and continuous improvement.
