About the Role

In this high-impact leadership position, you will spearhead the delivery of complex architectural and interior design projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, hospitality, high-rise, sports, and interior fit-out. You’ll lead a team of talented architects and designers while ensuring technical quality, innovation, and regulatory compliance across the practice.

As a senior leader, you'll play a critical role in shaping delivery processes, mentoring teams, engaging with Tier One contractors and clients, and driving research and innovation. This position offers influence, autonomy, and the opportunity to lead from the front within a collaborative and forward-thinking studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion technical delivery excellence across all projects and studios.
  • Manage multiple teams and large-scale projects simultaneously.

  • Oversee resource planning, fee management, and delivery processes.

Skills and Experience:

  • ARB-registered architect with Part III qualification.
  • Experience in delivering high-profile, large-scale architectural projects in the UK and internationally.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating delivery excellence across complex project typologies.
  • Expertise in UK building regulations, specification writing, and working with Tier One contractors.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of technical competence and continuous improvement.
  • Principal Designer qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
