An award-winning, multi-disciplinary practice is seeking experienced Technical Architects with 3-5 years of expertise in RIBA Stages 4-5, using Revit on large residential-led developments. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects that push boundaries in residential and mixed-use design, contributing to landmark communities.

Specialising in residentially-led mixed-use schemes, the practice has a strong portfolio spanning both listed building refurbishments and new-build projects. Their work has earned multiple prestigious design awards, further cementing their reputation for excellence in residential architecture.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• ARB and RIBA registered architect with at least 2 years of post-Part III experience.
• Proven experience on medium to large-scale mixed-use residential projects, particularly through RIBA Stages 4-6.
• Experience managing internal project teams and coordinating with external consultants, with a strong focus on time management and project programming.
• Advanced technical design, specification skills, and in-depth knowledge of current Building Regulations and statutory standards.
• High proficiency in Revit is essential.
