Immediate start | Premium-rate contract roles | High-profile projects
Weβre partnering with several established architecture and design practices across London who are seeking Technical Architects, Technicians, and Part 2 / Part 3 Assistants to join their teams on a contract basis. Projects span residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use sectors, offering the opportunity to contribute to complex, well-known schemes at advanced stages.
These roles suit delivery-focused professionals with strong Revit expertise and solid experience across later project stages. For the right candidates, contracts may be extended or lead to permanent opportunities. A strong, well-presented portfolio will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical work across RIBA Stages 3β5
- Develop, coordinate, and issue detailed technical packages
- Produce accurate Revit models, drawings, and construction details

Key Requirements
