An award-winning architecture firm is seeking a motivated studio assistant/PA to join its central London-based office. You will be responsible for assisting the Practice Manager with administration support to the wider office, PA support to the directors and ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
This is fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a creative environment and really make the role their own.
This is a part time role - 8.30am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage directors’ diaries and arrange and manage meetings.
- Book travel, accommodation and couriers.
- Provide administrative support to the studio.
- Organise social events and trips.
- Manage all meeting rooms and ensure they\'re kept presentable.
- Order stationary and food supplies for the office and manage petty cash.
- Book travel for staff and senior management.
- Update the contacts database.
- Manage general company email inbox and action any queries.
- Coordinate meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Arrange taxis/couriers and deal with any mail.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a studio support or coordination role.
- Experience within architecture or design studio desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe CS.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven self-starter who is able to work independently and use initiative.
