We're partnering with an internationally renowned design studio to find a Masterplanning Lead to drive delivery of large-scale, transformative projects across the Middle East, Asia and beyond -mixed-use developments, cultural destinations, waterfronts and city-scale masterplans.
The Role
Lead multidisciplinary teams through concept, planning and delivery.
Champion design excellence while keeping projects commercially and technically robust.
Build client relationships, present at international level, and mentor a growing team - with real influence across design, business development and studio growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of large-scale masterplanning and urban design projects internationally
- Develop concepts from early vision through planning and delivery
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to high design, technical and commercial standards
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Present confidently at client meetings and international presentations
- Oversee programmes, resources and project performance
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team culture
- Support business development through bids, competitions and pitches
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Architecture, Urban Design or related field
- Significant experience leading complex masterplanning/large-scale mixed-use projects
- Strong portfolio blending vision with delivery
- Proven multidisciplinary team and client management
- Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills
- Middle East/Asia project experience highly desirable
- Proficient in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard tools
