Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop landscape strategies across a broad range of infrastructure projects, including rail, highways, energy, and utilities.
- Shape public realm visions and green infrastructure responses at both macro and detailed levels.
- Manage projects through all RIBA and LI work stages, from early concept to technical delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and environmental specialists in an integrated design process.
- Represent the practice in stakeholder meetings, public consultations, and client workshops.
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative design culture.
Skills & Experience:
- Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) with minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience.
- Proven ability to deliver landscape design within complex infrastructure and civic environments.
- Strong conceptual and graphic communication skills, with the ability to articulate landscape narratives.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D/visualisation tools (e.g. SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion).
- Confident managing technical design, planting plans, and construction detailing.
- Experience working on multidisciplinary teams and engaging directly with clients, local authorities, and communities.
