Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop landscape strategies across a broad range of infrastructure projects, including rail, highways, energy, and utilities.
  • Shape public realm visions and green infrastructure responses at both macro and detailed levels.
  • Manage projects through all RIBA and LI work stages, from early concept to technical delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and environmental specialists in an integrated design process.
  • Represent the practice in stakeholder meetings, public consultations, and client workshops.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative design culture.
Skills & Experience:
  • Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) with minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver landscape design within complex infrastructure and civic environments.
  • Strong conceptual and graphic communication skills, with the ability to articulate landscape narratives.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D/visualisation tools (e.g. SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion).
  • Confident managing technical design, planting plans, and construction detailing.
  • Experience working on multidisciplinary teams and engaging directly with clients, local authorities, and communities.
