This studio is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Designer to lead the creative and technical direction of their high-profile F&B and hospitality projects. This role is split evenly between hands-on design work and team/client leadership. You will take projects from concept to completion, guiding a small internal team while collaborating closely with directors. They are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven studio to join their ambitious team.
You will be pivotal in shaping the visual and functional identity of world-class spaces, from rooftop restaurants to beach clubs and alpine retreats, and get to be part of shaping a distinctive and ambitious brand from the ground up. Travel to Europe is part of the role, so flexibility and a love of international projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects from concept to completion, focusing initially on a high-end F&B rollout including hotel bars, restaurants, and rooftop venues.
- Manage and mentor a small team of designers, while actively contributing to daily design output.
- Develop bespoke details and innovative design solutions.
- Produce technical drawing packages in AutoCAD and SketchUp and communicate designs clearly through hand sketches and beautiful presentations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain high design standards and delivery timelines.
- Balance creative leadership with hands-on technical work.
- Maintain exceptional organisation and communication across all project phases.
- Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in interior design with a proven record of senior-level project delivery.
- At least one F&B project taken from concept to completion, ideally within the luxury or hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team while remaining hands-on with design and detailing.
- Highly organised with acute attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in bespoke detailing and a passion for crafted, layered interiors.
