Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring all submissions are delivered on time and to a high standard.

  • Maintain organised and accessible bid records, ensuring robust information management systems.

Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience in bid writing/coordination within the construction, engineering, architecture or related sectors.
  • Strong interest in the built environment, including construction and architecture.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with outstanding attention to spelling, grammar, and tone.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
