Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage higher education and lab projects through all RIBA stages
- Confidently engage in technical discussions and collaborate with contractors, consultants, and clients
- Coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with sector-specific standards, regulations, and construction requirements
- Support the progression of projects from concept through to construction completion
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing higher education and laboratory projects
- Strong ability to lead project delivery and stakeholder engagement
- In-depth knowledge of sector regulations and building standards
- Excellent communication skills, able to hold your own in technical discussions
- Ambition to grow into an Associate Architect role, with leadership potential
- Solid design understanding, with a focus on practical problem-solving and project management
