Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and technical development of international aviation and transport projects
- Collaborate closely with the team overseas, including regular travel (approx. every 4–6 weeks)
- Drive early-stage design, competition entries, and production packages
- Mentor junior staff and help shape the London team’s growth
- Oversee coordination with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
- Lay the foundations for building a specialist aviation team in London over the coming years
- Ideally an ARB-registered Architect with 8+ years of post-qualification experience
- Strong background in large-scale infrastructure, aviation, or transport-led projects
- Confident leading teams, managing deadlines, and coordinating across international offices
- Excellent design sensibility combined with strong technical understanding
- Skilled in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience in front-end competitions and presentation work is highly valued
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
