Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing client, dealer, and corporate accounts across London

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender responses
  • Deliver client presentations, product demonstrations, and showroom experiences
  • Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, delivery, and specifications
  • Promote additional services including installation, servicing, ergonomics, recycling, and sustainability solutions
  • Support customer issue resolution alongside internal teams
  • Collaborate with UK and international sales teams on cross-border project opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reporting
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Background in contract furniture, workplace interiors, commercial design, or the built environment preferred
