An award-winning, design-led architecture practice is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension. Offering a highly competitive hourly rate, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a well-established and highly regarded name in the industry, with plenty to learn and contribute within a collaborative studio environment.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role supporting multiple internal teams across the business, requiring someone who can confidently manage end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining a high standard of candidate and stakeholder experience. Due to the immediate need within the team, this position requires someone who is available to start straight away or on a very short notice period.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously across various internal teams
- Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers, providing updates and supporting hiring decisions
- Maintain and update internal systems, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates and recruitment activity
- Support wider HR administration, including onboarding processes and documentation
- Previous experience within a recruitment, talent, or HR coordination role
- Exposure to the built environment sector (architecture, construction, or related industries) is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work and competing priorities
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels as well as candidates
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
