An international architecture practice is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a major retail development in the Middle East. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project within a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating teams across architecture, strategy, interior design, and specialist disciplines. You will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team and supporting the delivery of design guidelines for a large-scale retail development. The role requires strong coordination, organisation, and programme management skills, ensuring deliverables are produced efficiently and to a high standard. This position is offered on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team including strategy, architecture, interior design, signage, and wayfinding specialists
- Oversee project deliverables, timelines, and programme management
- Support the preparation and coordination of retail design guidelines and documentation
- Ensure effective document control and management, including drawing packages, manuals, or guideline documentation
- Act as a central point of coordination between different design disciplines and stakeholders
- Proven project management experience within architecture, design, or the built environment
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (architecture, design, strategy, or similar fields)
- Strong document management experience, including drawing packages or design guidelines/manuals
- Previous experience working with major development entities in the Middle East (particularly Saudi Arabia)
