Project Architect

This design excellent architectural practice renowned for creating innovative, contemporary and high end detailed delivery. Are seeking a talented and passionate residential Architect to join their growing team and contribute to there exciting portfolio of projects.

As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Bespoke residential projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with our team to develop innovative design solutions, coordinate with consultants, and oversee construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple residential projects simultaneously across all RIBA stages
• Coordinate design and technical packages
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients
• Mentor and inspire junior team members
• Oversee construction on site
• Manage contract administration
• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice

Skills / Experience:

• Minimum 3 years post-Part 3 qualification
• Proven experience in delivering high-end residential projects in London
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for creative and contemporary design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of built projects
• Experience in a client-facing role and a proven ability to manage projects effectively
