About this role
One of London’s most sought-after architectural practices with an enviable reputation within the industry is looking for an experienced project administrator/document controller to join this vibrant practice. Your role will be super-varied where you will support various project teams and key members of the senior team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team with meeting coordination and diary management
- Coordinate travel and accommodation, both national and international
- Support with document control
- Produce project documentation
- Assist with presentation and meeting preparation
- Process team expenses
- Ad hoc administration as required including covering on reception
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in project administration and document control, ideally within the architecture/design industry
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Knowledge of InDesign would be advantageous as well as document control systems, ie Aconex
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
