Our client, a prestigious design company, is seeking an experienced People & Talent Advisor to join their dynamic HR team. This permanent, full-time role offers the perfect blend of operational HR support and strategic project work in a fast-paced, creative environment. You\'ll be supporting a defined business unit while line managing a coordinator, making this an excellent opportunity for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Immigration & Visa Management:
- Coordinate visa applications, sponsorships, and international transfers while liaising with immigration solicitors
- Payroll Oversight:
- Manage monthly payroll processes and collaborate with accounts team to ensure accuracy
- Employee Relations:
- Provide end-to-end support on HR procedures including probation, family leave, PIPs, and contract changes
- HR Operations:
- Handle day-to-day queries, absence management, benefits administration, and employee data analysis
- Line Management:
- Mentor and manage the People & Talent Coordinator
- Project Work:
- Lead and contribute to HR projects including policy development, HRIS improvements, and pay reviews
- Compliance:
- Ensure all HR processes meet legal requirements and company standards
Skills & Experience:
- Proven HR Generalist/Advisor experience in a busy, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle and employee relations
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (working towards or achieved)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with immigration processes and visa applications preferred
