A design-led central London practice is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join their studio at an exciting moment of growth. This respected practice works across high-end residential, heritage and mixed-use projects, with a reputation for thoughtful, contextual design. They believe in developing ideas through drawing, modelling and making - and they’re looking for someone who shares that passion.
You’ll be deeply involved in the creative process, supporting project teams through early-stage design, feasibilities and planning submissions, whilst contributing to visualisation, model-making and presentation work across the practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Support project teams across RIBA Stages 0–2, with exposure to later stage
- Produce high-quality drawings, models and visuals
- Assist with feasibilities, pre-applications and planning submissions
- Create compelling presentation materials for clients and local authorities
- Work collaboratively whilst developing autonomy and confidence
- Part II qualified with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and craft
- Experience in a small or medium-sized, design-focused studio
- Confident in architectural drawing, 3D modelling and physical model-making
- Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite essential
- Experience with Revit required; training provided in MicroStation
- Exposure to high-quality, varied projects with real creative input
- Close collaboration with experienced architects and directors
