A leading national architectural practice is expanding its highly regarded education team following a strong pipeline of project wins across the UK. Known for delivering thoughtful, design‑led learning environments across primary, secondary, further and higher education, the studio is now looking to appoint both Architectural Technologists and Senior Architectural Technologists. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, people-focused practice where you’ll play a key role in shaping meaningful education projects from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality technical design work including drawings, specifications, and schedules across all RIBA stages
- Support or lead project delivery depending on level, ensuring smooth coordination from concept through to completion
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes
- Contribute to design development, technical detailing, and information production
- Take an active role in design team coordination and project delivery programmes
- Lead client meetings and presentations (Senior level)
Skills and Experience
- Strong background in architectural technology with experience in the education sector
- Proven ability to deliver projects across all RIBA stages
- Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills
- Confident client‑facing communicator with strong presentation ability
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high‑quality technical information under pressure
- Project‑running experience required for Senior level
- Experience working on primary and secondary school projects
- Knowledge of DfE frameworks and requirements
