We are looking for an experienced Senior Technologist to join a thriving education team within a well-respected, nationally recognised practice. You will be stepping into a meaningful role with real responsibility - leading projects, shaping design quality, and working with a team that genuinely enjoys what it does.
The Role
As a key member of the education studio, you will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion across all RIBA stages. Day-to-day, you will lead the production of technical drawings, detailed designs, specifications and schedules - but this isn’t a desk-bound role. You will be a confident, client-facing presence at meetings and presentations, coordinating effectively with internal teams and external consultants to keep projects moving.
The education portfolio spans primary, secondary, further and higher education, including DfE-funded schemes. You will contribute directly to the quality and delivery of these projects, with plenty of scope to make your mark.
What We’re Looking For
- Post Part III Architectural Technologist with substantial post-qualification experience
- Demonstrable education sector portfolio - school design experience (primary and secondary) is essential; DfE project experience is a strong advantage
- Thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory design requirements
- Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills
- Confident leading meetings, managing client relationships and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
What You’ll Get
- Early finish every Friday
- Weekly work-from-home flexibility
- Centrally located office with parking provided
- Active support for CPD and professional development
- A genuinely fun, inclusive team culture
