This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior to Midweight FF&E / Interior Styling Specialist to play a hands-on role in bringing spaces to life. You’ll work within a collaborative in-house design team, curating and delivering highly considered interior schemes that enhance the overall user experience and brand identity of each development.
From concept through to installation, you’ll be instrumental in shaping environments that are not only visually compelling, but also commercially and culturally impactful.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute interior dressing concepts across hospitality, commercial, and hotel projects
- Source furniture, lighting, accessories, artwork, and soft furnishings aligned with project vision, budgets, and timelines
- Produce detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and procurement documentation
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate orders, deliveries, and installations
- Oversee procurement processes end-to-end, ensuring efficiency and quality
- Style completed spaces for client handover, marketing, and photography
- Conduct site visits to monitor installations and maintain design integrity
- Support design development through presentations, mood boards, and client proposals
- Stay ahead of trends in materials, suppliers, and interior styling
- Strong eye for detail, colour, texture, and spatial composition
- Proven experience in FF&E, interior styling, or furniture specification
- Solid knowledge of furniture, finishes, and supplier networks
- Experience managing procurement processes and working with external suppliers
- A portfolio showcasing beautifully executed interior schemes or styling projects
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp / AutoCAD / Vectorworks beneficial
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach
