An opportunity has opened within a quickly growing London-based architectural studio delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use, commercial, and regeneration projects across the UK. This is a chance to join a collaborative and ambitious practice where technical excellence sits at the heart of project delivery.
You'll take ownership of complex residential schemes, working closely with senior architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are coordinated, compliant, and successfully delivered through construction. The role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and producing detailed architectural information on large and complex developments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the technical delivery of residential and mixed-use projects
- Develop and manage detailed design packages using Revit
- Coordinate consultants and specialist subcontractors throughout project delivery
- Prepare and review technical information, specifications, RFIs, and construction documentation
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and relevant statutory requirements
- Support project delivery from RIBA Stage 4 onwards, including construction-stage activities
- Attend client, consultant, and site meetings, contributing to project decisions and technical resolution
- Part III qualified Architect (or equivalent)
- Strong UK project delivery experience, particularly from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
- Excellent Revit skills
- Proven experience producing and coordinating detailed technical packages
- Experience working on residential developments, ideally including higher-risk buildings (HRB)
- Strong understanding of Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Experience managing consultant coordination and technical project interfaces
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of technical project delivery
