Immediate Start – Lead Planning Application. Be part of a residential scheme at a key planning stage, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a project as it moves towards submission within a collaborative and well-structured team.
This opportunity sits within a design-focused architectural practice working on a multi-unit residential development. With the concept design already complete, they are now looking to bring in an experienced Senior / Associate Architect to lead the delivery of the planning application and guide the project through this critical phase.
You will be working closely with a small team, including a Part I Architectural Assistant, taking responsibility for coordination, client engagement, and overall project direction.
