Our globally recognised creative client is looking for a Recruitment & Talent Coordinator to join its collaborative People team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and people-focused coordinator who is keen to develop a career within HR, Talent and People.
Initially, the role will focus predominantly on recruitment coordination, supporting the end-to-end hiring process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Over time, the successful individual will gain increasing exposure to talent management, workforce planning and wider employee lifecycle activities, providing a clear pathway into a broader People role.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from application through to onboarding.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
- Manage recruitment activity, interview scheduling and candidate pipelines through the ATS.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, right-to-work checks and recruitment administration.
- Support onboarding activities and help ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist with talent and resourcing initiatives, providing exposure to wider People activities beyond recruitment.
- Support the maintenance of resource and workforce data to aid workforce planning and resourcing decisions.
- Develop an understanding of employee skills, development goals and organisational talent requirements.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across talent, resourcing and People projects as the role evolves.
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, recruitment support or HR administration.
- A genuine interest in developing a career within HR, Talent or People.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- An interest in employee development, workforce planning and the broader employee lifecycle would be advantageous.
