Overview
We are working with a well-established creative business based in Central London, seeking an organised, proactive and resourceful PA / Office Admin. This is a pivotal role, supporting the Founder, Directors, and wider team while keeping the office running smoothly. The role offers variety from diary management and travel coordination to event organisation, office operations, and involvement in marketing/PR and HR support. If you enjoy being the ‘go-to’ person who keeps everything on track, this role will give you plenty of scope to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- PA Support: Complex diary and travel management for the Founder & Directors, monitoring inboxes, preparing expenses, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing ad-hoc support as required.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, liaising with suppliers, coordinating maintenance, managing office supplies, ensuring compliance with health & safety, and supporting IT and operations.
- Team Support: Act as first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and the wider team, arranging meetings and travel, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Marketing & PR Support: Assist with social media content, press material, promotional campaigns, and the organisation of photo and video shoots.
- HR Support: Work closely with the People & Culture team on onboarding, training, maintaining records, and helping to embed policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience managing office facilities and supplier relationships.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to think on your feet.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with care.
- Hours: 9am–5:30pm Monday to Thursday, with Fridays early finishing
- 23 days annual leave (increasing with service). + Birthday day off
