Reporting directly to the Growth & Communications Director and working closely with the Graphics Lead, the Junior Marketing Assistant will support the practice's marketing, communications, and bid activity. The role will initially focus on coordination and support, with a clear pathway to taking ownership of bid management as the practice continues to grow. This is an exciting time to join, with the launch of the practice's new website and first global LinkedIn campaign underway.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including project sheets, CVs, presentations, and bid documents
- Support the coordination and production of PQQs, tenders, and proposals
- Maintain and update project information, image libraries, and marketing collateral
- Support website updates and social media activity
- Manage CRM data and assist in maintaining the new business pipeline
- Assist with awards submissions, press material, and studio events
- Ensure consistency of brand, tone, and visual quality across all outputs
Requirements
- Graduate or early-career candidate in marketing, communications, architecture, graphic design, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident user of Adobe InDesign and desktop publishing tools
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Interest in architecture, infrastructure, cities, and the built environment
- Proactive, reliable, and keen to develop within a collaborative studio environment
