We’re partnering with a leading international design-led furniture specialist to find a highly organised Bid Coordinator to support winning new projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with Bid, Marketing and Consultancy teams to produce high-quality proposals, presentations and bid materials, while ensuring templates, content and case studies remain fresh, on-brand and impactful. Responsibilities:

  • Support the Bid Manager in producing high-quality bid documents and proposals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Coordinate with consultancy teams and stakeholders to create and format content for bids, RFPs, RFQs and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain bid templates and materials, ensuring they are up to date, accessible and on brand.
  • Work closely with project leads to deliver submissions on time and ensure all documentation is accurate and properly stored.

Requirements:

  • Good technical knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Pro.
  • A flexible working attitude with an appreciation that this isn’t your usual 9 to 5 role; there will be times extra work is required to meet project deadlines.
  • An eye for editorial detail and graphic consistency across materials.
