Work on some of the world's most iconic buildings! A globally recognised architecture studio is seeking a Project BIM Coordinator to join its London team. With a portfolio spanning landmark cultural, commercial, and mixed-use developments globally, the practice offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of design and digital innovation. This role sits within a specialist technology group, supporting the delivery of complex projects while helping to shape future-facing BIM and computational design workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project setup in line with BIM requirements, advising teams on best practice and digital standards.
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans and ensure alignment across project teams.
- Establish and coordinate workflows in accordance with agreed BIM protocols and industry standards.
- Liaise with external consultants to ensure effective collaboration and model coordination.
- Produce project-specific guidance and training materials for internal teams.
- Monitor and maintain BIM standards throughout all project stages, adapting where necessary.
- Contribute to the development of design automation and computational workflows alongside project teams.
- Deliver training and capability assessments in collaboration with the wider technology team.
- Assist design teams with technical queries related to digital tools and authoring platforms.
- Help define and communicate digital procedures and workflows across the practice.
- Work closely with technical leadership to support the implementation of long-term digital strategies.
Skills & Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and related tools.
- Experience in BIM or CAD coordination within an architectural or design-led environment.
- Understanding of computational design and design automation methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional and discreet when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Calm and adaptable under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset.
