We're working with a well-established, award‑winning architecture practice in Central London that is looking for a Bid & Marketing Coordinator to join its friendly and collaborative team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and produce high-quality bid submissions from inception through to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare a range of bid documents including PQQs, EOIs, ITTs, RFPs and capability statements.
- Maintain and develop the practice's bid library, including project sheets, CVs, standard content and supporting documentation.
- Monitor tender portals and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure all submissions are technically compliant and aligned with the practice's brand standards.
- Record and manage bid feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Produce client presentations, award submissions and other marketing collateral.
- Support website updates, social media content and wider marketing communications.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Graphics teams to maintain high-quality branded templates and collateral.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Bid, Marketing or Business Development Coordinator role, ideally within architecture, construction, engineering or the wider design sector.
- Alternatively, a Marketing graduate with strong writing skills and a genuine interest in architecture and the built environment.
- Excellent copywriting and written communication skills.
- Experience producing bid submissions, proposals or marketing content.
- Experience supporting social media, website content or award submissions is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential, with Photoshop experience beneficial.
- A genuine interest in architecture, design and the creative industries.
- Confident building relationships across a studio and working collaboratively with multiple teams.
