Our client is an international architecture practice who have a well established studio here in London. With an existing presence and reputation for award winning work they are looking to build on this with the help of an experienced Head of Business Development. You will work very closely with the leadership team in London, and internationally, to identify and win work in new areas and sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a BD professional with a strong UK network, to make the role your own with the potential to build a team around you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertaking strategic research and identification of new target markets relating to the property and development industry with the UK.
  • Tracking business development activities and monitor outcomes against these parts including overseeing key new business opportunities, wins and losses and coordinating reports to management.
  • Overseeing and providing strategic input to large submissions, tenders and expressions of interest.
  • Growing the quality and quantity of new work opportunities across all disciplines within the studio.
Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience within business development in the architecture/property sector.
  • An extensive network of contacts in the UK.
  • Experience working on/overseeing large scale bids and proposals.
  • Experience mentoring senior team members to enhance their business development activities.
