Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, and recreational facilities. Utilize your expertise in Rhino and Grasshopper to create parametric and generative designs that optimize spatial configurations, aesthetics, and functionality. Produce detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and project teams. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to hospitality architecture. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout the design and construction phases to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards. Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to solicit feedback and refine design solutions. Contribute to the development of design guidelines, standards, and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across projects. Qualifications: Degree in Architecture. 5-6 years of professional experience in design / architecture. Proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper software. Strong portfolio showcasing experience in hospitality projects from concept design to detailed design. Excellent design sensibility, spatial reasoning skills, and attention to detail. Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards applicable to hospitality architecture. Experience with other software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Professional licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an architect is preferred.
