Are you at the cutting edge of Regenerative Design – driven by the desire to drive the design in the sector? The London studio of a globally renown practice would like to speak to you.

As a sector leader, you’ll be driving the Regenerative Design conversation twined with the sustainability agenda across the UK studio, while being an important member of the wider global design leadership group. You will have started to build a following in the sector and you may have started to speak at conferences on the subject so leading the agenda in the community. Your role will see you lead a growing team of talented architects and designers across a series of projects of varying location and scale. You will operate as the key client contact for the team, helping to drive new business and client relationships. Along with being an important member of the company’s leadership group, helping to set the agenda from research to design and delivery.

You will need to have assembled an ‘outstanding Regenerative Design portfolio’ demonstrating an in-depth knowledge and understanding of ‘Regenerative Design’ projects. Sector experience would ideally include the design and delivery of hospitality, masterplanning, mixed use and culture as examples. The role will require travel to predominantly service and build client relationships across the region. The remuneration package is strong and aligned with the role as a senior practice leader. Key Requirements

• Strong personal design ability, able to develop and present design cross sectors
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• An expert user of Rhino and Grasshopper
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
