We’re partnering with a globally renowned architecture firm in their London studio, which is undergoing a major expansion, particularly within the residential sector. The practice is actively hiring senior-level architects to support a range of large-scale residential projects, seeking professionals with a strong blend of design, technical, and coordination expertise to drive these exciting developments forward. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile residential schemes, working alongside a talented team to deliver outstanding designs across all stages. You will be joining a practice known for its collaborative culture and strong design ethos, where you’ll work with senior architects and external consultants on projects that span from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to UK and international residential projects from concept through to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to drive project delivery
- Develop and refine design concepts, schematic designs, and technical details
- Produce high-quality Revit models and drawing packages
- Support project leads, attend client meetings, and guide teams through project phases
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
Key Skills and Experience:
- Part III qualified (ARB-registered desirable, but international registrations also welcome)
- 6-12 years of post-qualification experience in residential architecture
- Strong proficiency in Revit, with experience in creating high-quality models and drawing packages
- Demonstrable experience in key residential sectors such as facades, layouts, coordination, high-end residential, and detailing
- Previous experience working on large-scale, complex residential projects (UK and/or international)
- Client-facing experience and the ability to lead design discussions
- Ability to start within 2-3 weeks is preferred
