We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused recruitment operations assistant to join our busy London-based team.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our contract recruitment operations running smoothly – handling everything from CRM updates and candidate coordination to relationship management and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities
- Mapping the contract candidate market in London and supporting lead generation
- Keeping our CRM/database accurate and up to date
- Writing and posting compelling job adverts
- Screening candidates and reviewing CVs
- Coordinating with the marketing team on hot jobs and standout candidates
- Sending out regular marketing emails and updates
- Searching and shortlisting candidates from our database
- Maintaining regular contact with contractors – providing weekly updates and ensuring they feel supported
- Organising interviews and sharing feedback with candidates
