Our client is a global design business of 10 studios across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia who work across Masterplanning, Architecture and Interiors. The Communications and Marketing team have a global function supporting the promotion of activities across all studios to our clients and the design industry. You will be supported by the team and have the opportunity to be mentored by the Communications Lead. This role will be varied and fast-paced requiring a highly organised, creative, and proactive individual with experience in communications and marketing, preferably in an architecture/built environment space.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral
- Collect content from around studios and keep the Open Asset image database up to date
- Help coordinate photoshoots and video shoots
- Develop and manage internal communications using Intranet
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including client events and project celebrations
- Support awards submissions
Skills and Experience
- One to three plus years’ experience in marketing role (preferably in architecture, interiors or construction)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Graphic design skills essential – InDesign, Powerpoint and Photoshop. Other skills desirable – Canva and CRM experience
- Some experience of animation and film editing for social media desirable
- Organised and efficient with excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
