Job Description
Are you a design-led Project Architect looking to step across the table into a client-side leadership role? Join a privately-funded property management powerhouse and take the reigns on a high-spec portfolio and shape the face of London’s West End.
We are looking for a talented Project Architect to join a growing in-house team, you won’t just be drawing the vision, you’ll be the one driving it
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Architect with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for design and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). SketchUp a plus.
- Strong understanding of cost management, project scheduling, regulations, and legislation.
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude with a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
Key Responsibilities
- To support on a variety of architectural & interior fitout projects in retail, commercial, residential sectors across the portfolio.
- Briefing, commenting on, and managing external consultant teams.
- Produce design guidelines.
- Review and comment on design submissions.
- Prepare high-quality, clear, concise & engaging summary reports and presentation packs.
- Good interest in, understanding and working knowledge of , cost, programme, regulations and legislation are important.
