Project Manager Architecture/Construction

A growing and ambitious project consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join their London team, delivering exciting projects across the data centre, education, technology and university sectors throughout the UK.

This role is ideal for experienced Project Managers, as well as Architects and design professionals looking to transition into project management, using their design coordination and organisational skills within a delivery-focused role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of architecture and design projects through to completion, ensuring programmes and key milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams, acting as the central point of communication throughout each project.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, meeting minutes, programmes and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively managing risks, actions and project budgets.
  • Build strong client relationships, providing a high level of service and representing the practice professionally.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Architecture, Project Management or a related built environment discipline.
  • Strong understanding of the project delivery process.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts is advantageous.
