You’ll work hybrid – 3 days from home with flexible hours, collaborating closely with senior project managers and multi-disciplinary teams across global studios to coordinate, plan, and deliver high-profile, design-led projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects across multiple locations, coordinating internal teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, risk registers, and client deliverables.
  • Oversee variations, change control, and commercial documentation, including pricing, approvals, and contract compliance.
  • Manage resource allocation and planning through the internal ERP/project management systems.
  • Collaborate with finance and project teams to ensure accurate billing and adherence to contract terms.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
  • Support the continuous improvement of project delivery processes and best practices within the studio.
Skills and Experience
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management, Construction, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Project management experience within a design studio.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and MS Project.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Clear communicator with a professional, proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
