A leading London design studio is looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Document Controller to join its Production & Operations team. This is a key role supporting complex, high-profile projects where accuracy, structure, and control of information are absolutely critical. You’ll be the gatekeeper of project data within a fast-paced Common Data Environment, ensuring everything is correctly managed, tracked, and audit-ready at all times.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project information within Aconex and wider CDE platforms
- Oversee document workflows including submissions, approvals, revisions, and status tracking
- Ensure strict compliance with naming conventions, metadata standards, and revision control
- Produce reports, registers, and dashboards to support project and design teams
- Maintain accurate audit trails and support wider production/document control operations (printing, scanning, binding where required)
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience with Aconex (essential)
- Proven experience working within a structured Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Strong understanding of ISO 19650 principles and document control standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach to information management
