Key Responsibilities
- Develop design proposals from initial brief through to final stages
- Produce design solutions that are robust, efficient and sustainable
- Participate in design reviews, coordination workshops and multidisciplinary meetings
- Prepare information to support planning applications
- Support the other practice leads with design risk management and project document control processes
Skills and Experience
- ARB registration and UK practice experience
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Experience across sectors, ideally commercial and/or community, workplace and sustainable environments for reuse
- Revit experience
- Strong design thinking, technical capability and a collaborative working style
