Responsibilities: Be an essential part of a project team working on all phases of a design project from Concept through Construction Documentation. Assist in project coordination and coordinate production of project documentation through all phases. Collaborate with the Project Manager and senior team members to produce deliverables accurately and on time. Lead BIM processes with project teams. Develop & communicate BIM standards & strategies to project teams. Evaluate new digital tools and workflow methods for firm-wide adoption. Organise and provide Revit training for internal team members. Requirements: Degree in Architecture/Design and equivalent practical experience. 12+ years of BIM delivery experience with an emphasis on the integration of design, document production, and coordination with consultants. Expert in Revit, BIM 360, and associated BIM/CAD software, with a solid grasp of BIM/CAD principles. Excellent technical knowledge and detailing skills. Good knowledge of Rhino and AutoCAD. Eager to learn about BIM interoperability and accompanying technologies. Ability to prioritize & multi-task. Proactive, detail-oriented, self-starter who is driven to learn and test out new tools.
