A world-renowned practice known for pushing the boundaries of BIM technology and high tech design is looking for a talented BIM manager with large-scale project experience to join their London office.
Responsibilities:
- Be an essential part of a project team working on all phases of a design project from Concept through Construction Documentation.
- Assist in project coordination and coordinate production of project documentation through all phases.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and senior team members to produce deliverables accurately and on time.
- Lead BIM processes with project teams.
- Develop & communicate BIM standards & strategies to project teams.
- Evaluate new digital tools and workflow methods for firm-wide adoption.
- Organise and provide Revit training for internal team members.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture/Design and equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of BIM delivery experience with an emphasis on the integration of design, document production, and coordination with consultants.
- Expert in Revit, BIM 360, and associated BIM/CAD software, with a solid grasp of BIM/CAD principles.
- Excellent technical knowledge and detailing skills.
- Good knowledge of Rhino and AutoCAD.
- Eager to learn about BIM interoperability and accompanying technologies.
- Ability to prioritize & multi-task.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, self-starter who is driven to learn and test out new tools.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
